The Zichy Family Experience Estate****superior in Tolna County, Bikács-Kistápé Ligeten located along the main road 63. The property is most easily accessible by car, but rail and long-distance bus connections to the surrounding villages are also possible. For guests arriving by car, the hotel has guest parking provided, with electric charging station.

Coming from all over the country, the M6, M7 or the M8/M9 on routes then passing the Connected to the main road 63, towards Bikács, on the road to Kistápé Liget can be reached from the estate.

Access by coach
Bikács and the surrounding villages (e.g. Paks, Dunaföldvár) can be reached by long-distance bus services.
The property is not within walking distance of the bus stop, so taxis are recommended.

The nearest major railway stations are:

From these settlements you can reach the estate by local taxi.
The trains on the Budapest-Pusztaszabolcs-Pécs line are Bikács-Kistápé (from here the estate is just a short transfer).

Access by boat
Bikács is not on the Danube, the nearest ports are on the Danube:
- Paks
- Dunaföldvár
However, it is an even longer drive from these towns, Paks is 30 km away and Dunaföldvár 45 km.

The summer period - especially July and mid-August - is one of our busiest periods. Many of our returning guests book their next summer holiday as soon as they leave, so if you are planning to come during this period, it is worth thinking 8-12 months in advance.
Peak weekends and holiday periods (e.g. Easter, Pentecost, national holidays, long weekends) also fill up quickly.
However, it is also worth enquiring with a shorter deadline, as rooms may become available at the last minute due to cancellations or changes. Our staff will also put your request on a waiting list and notify you if the desired date becomes available.
The Zichy Family Experience Farm is more than a hotel: it is a 12-hectare recreational space close to nature, where wellness, animal farm, outdoor adventures and themed children's programmes are all part of the same package.

The parking is located within the property, so arrival and unloading of luggage is convenient.
We cannot accept pets brought by guests at the Zichy Family Experience Farm.
Our property has its own animal farm, so in order to ensure the safety of guests and animals and to maintain a peaceful environment, pets are not allowed.

Yes, we offer unlimited, free Wi-Fi access for our guests throughout the entire Zichy Family Experience Farm. The network is available both in the rooms and in the common areas.
If you find that you have left personal belongings at the Zichy Family Experience Farm after you have left, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
Our Housekeeping team will check the lost and found and if the item you are looking for turns up, we will arrange the details of its return.
