1. The organiser of the competition
The competition is organised by Zichy Family Experience Farm

(hereinafter referred to as: Organiser)
2. Participants in the application
The competition is open to all natural persons:
- aged between 3 and 7 years at the time of entry,
- and under the age of 7 at the time of entry,
- and their legal representative agrees to participate in the application.
The competition is not open to employees of the Organiser and their close relatives.
3. Duration of the application
A pályázat időtartama: 2026. május 15-től 2026. június 15-ig.
Eredményhirdetés időpontja: 2026. június 20.
4. Conditions for participation in the competition
4.1 An applicant may submit one entry.
4.2. Any creative work, in particular drawings, paintings, collages, models or other handicraft works, may be submitted.
4.3 No content generated or modified by artificial intelligence (AI) may be used in the preparation of the entry.
4.4 The entry must be the entrant's own intellectual creation, with parental assistance appropriate to the age of the child.
5. How to participate in the competition
5.1. Entries must be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address:
info@zichyelmenybirtok.hu
5.2. Submission format: jpg or jpeg, maximum size 10 Mbytes.
5.3. The subject of the e-mail is „BoriBari Tender”.
5.4 The file name must include the name and age of the applicant, without accents.
5.5. An entry is valid if:
- the entry is received by the deadline, and
- the necessary privacy statement is attached.
6. Evaluation of the application
6.1 Entries will be judged by a professional jury appointed by the Organiser.
6.2 The winner will not be selected by lot.
6.3. The decision of the jury is final and is not subject to appeal.
7. Winnings
7.1 The main prize of the competition is a 1-night half board family wellness stay at the Zichy Family Experience Estate.

7.3. The prize:
- personalised,
- is not transferable,
- cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.4 Travel expenses related to the prize will not be reimbursed by the Promoter.
7.5 The winner may waive the prize. In this case, the Promoter is entitled to select a new winner.
8. Notification of the winner
8.1 The Promoter will notify the Winner electronically following the announcement of the results.
8.2 If the Winner does not respond to the notification within 5 working days, the Promoter has the right to select a new Winner.
9. Data management
9.1. Scope of data processed in the course of the application:
- the name or initials of the applicant,
- age,
- name of legal representative,
- e-mail address.
9.2. Purpose of the processing:
- the management of the tender,
- communication,
- announcement of results.
9.3 By submitting an entry, the legal representative of the entrant consents to the Organiser using the entry for communication purposes, with the initials of the entrant's name.
9.4. Applicants have the right to request the deletion of their data, in which case their participation in the competition will be terminated.
10. Responsibility
10.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any technical errors that may occur in the course of electronic correspondence.
10.2 The Promoter excludes all liability for any damage resulting from participation in the competition, unless otherwise provided by law.
11. Other provisions
11.1 Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these rules.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to:
- to amend the terms of the tender,
- withdraw the application.
11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to change the date of use of the prize, which will be notified to the winner in advance.
